Care Instructions 
Cookies and pastries left in their original wrapping will remain fresh for 2-3 days after receipt.  Cookies can be frozen; thaw wrapped cookies at room temperature. Reheating is not recommended.

Scone mix left in the original packaging will remain fresh for 6 months unopened, store in a cool, dry storage. Once opened keep in a cool, dry storage for up to 7-10 days. We do not recommend freezing scone

Granola left in the original packaging will remain fresh for 30 days unopened. Once opened keep at room temperature for up to 7 days. Can be frozen up to 90 days; thaw product at room temperature.

Your banana bread will remain fresh for 3-5 days if left in the original wrapping. Once opened, your banana bread should be well-wrapped in plastic and stored on your counter top. Refrigeration is not recommended. Your banana bread will keep in the freezer for up to a month. Double-wrap in plastic prior to freezing. Thaw wrapped product at room temperature. Reheating is not recommended.

Store your un-sliced 104 Sourdough bread on the counter, cut side down, for 2-3 days. Storing the loaf in plastic is fine, but it will soften the crust. Our bread can be frozen. Just double bag the loaf in plastic and freeze for up to a month. Ready to eat? Remove the bread from the freezer and let fully thaw. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Take off the plastic bag. Place the loaf directly on the oven rack and bake for 15-20 mins. Remove the loaf from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.

  • American Berry Jam: Granulated sugar, raspberries, blackberries, cherries, blueberries, tapioca, lemon juice.
  • Sourdough: Unbromated & unbleached wheat flour (niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid, malted barley flour), water, culture, sea salt, medium rye flour.
  • Marshmallows: granulated sugar, maple syrup, water, gelatin, Madagascar pure vanilla extract (water, alcohol, sugar, vanilla bean extractives), sea salt
  • Chocolate Chip with Sea Salt Cookie: Semi-sweet chocolate (unsweetened chocolate, cocoa butter, soy lecithin, natural vanilla, salt), European butter (pasteurized cream, natural flavorings), light brown sugar, all-purpose flour (bleached wheat flour, niacin, iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid, enzyme), wheat flour, granulated sugar, egg, Madagascar pure vanilla extract (water, alcohol, sugar, vanilla bean extractives), sea salt, baking powder, baking soda (sodium bicarbonate).
  • Scone Mix: All-purpose flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, sea salt, heavy cream powder, candied lemon peel (lemon, glucose/ fructose syrup, sugar, citric acid, Sulphur dioxide), lemon peel.
  • Granola: Sliced almonds, oats, sea salt, light brown sugar, honey, coconut oil, pure vanilla extract, almond extract.
  • Banana Bread: Banana, wheat flour, granulated sugar, egg, water, European butter (pasteurized cream, natural flavorings), toasted walnuts, baking soda (sodium bicarbonate), Madagascar pure vanilla extract (water, alcohol, sugar, vanilla bean extractives), kosher salt, baking powder, ground cinnamon.
