• Scone or Biscuit mix left in the original packaging will remain fresh for 6 months unopened, store in a cool, dry storage. Once opened keep in a cool, dry storage for up to 7-10 days. We do not recommend freezing scone mix.
• Jam can be stored unopened in a cool dry place for up to 1 year after purchase. After opening of the product, we recommend refrigeration up to 30 days or 14 days in cool dry storage. Product needs to have a proper seal after opening.
