Altitude, humidity, the natural yeast present in the air – all contribute to a flavor that can’t be duplicated anywhere else.
Artisan sourdough bread is a rustic, handcrafted loaf celebrated for its complex flavor and chewy texture. The crust is crisp and deeply colored, achieved through baking in a hot, steamy oven.
