Care Instructions

Beer Bread Mix left in the original packaging will remain fresh for 6 months unopened, store in a cool, dry storage. Once opened, keep in a cool, dry storage for up to 7-10 days. We do not recommend freezing mix.

CRUST Beer Bread Mix: Bakers flour (wheat flour enriched ((wheat flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid)), malted barley flour), granulated sugar, baking powder (corn starch, sodium bicarbonate, sodium aluminum sulfate, monocalcium phosphate), sea salt.
