Our American Berry Jam is made with fresh fruit from four different types of berries – blueberries, cherries, blackberries, and raspberries. Our homemade American berry jam tastes best lathered on a sweet scone or biscuit!
• Scone or Biscuit mix left in the original packaging will remain fresh for 6 months unopened, store in a cool, dry storage. Once opened keep in a cool, dry storage for up to 7-10 days. We do not recommend freezing scone mix.
• Jam can be stored unopened in a cool dry place for up to 1 year after purchase. After opening of the product, we recommend refrigeration up to 30 days or 14 days in cool dry storage. Product needs to have a proper seal after opening.
CRUST Scone Mix: All-purpose flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, sea salt, heavy cream powder, candied lemon peel (lemon, glucose/ fructose syrup, sugar, citric acid, Sulphur dioxide), lemon peel.
CRUST American Berry Jam: Granulated sugar, raspberries, blackberries, cherries, blueberries, tapioca, lemon juice.
